Classified projects require appropriate facility security clearances and secure communication infrastructure, which we establish on a project-specific basis.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Engagement Structure

Each project begins with a statement of work defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation. We work on both fixed-price and time-and-materials arrangements depending on project characteristics.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all custom work product created for clients becomes client property upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during engagements.

Warranties & Liability

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties, liability limitations, and indemnification provisions are detailed in individual project agreements.

Modifications

These terms provide general guidance. Actual project terms are governed by executed statements of work and master service agreements. We reserve the right to update these policies; material changes will be communicated to active clients.
